Pleasantly surprised with results on potentially risky case

I had a recent case of a leopard gecko that prolapsed his hemipene and it subsequently became necrotic. As we were awaiting taking him to surgery, we applied the Vetramil ointment to maintain moisture as the tissues defined. After just 2 days, the necrotic hemipene dropped off, leaving viable healing tissue underneath. No surgery was necessary, making the outcome much better for the little guy. Looking forward to trying the additional formulations.
